The Veevex team has joined the EIT Urban Mobility Start-Up Creation Program, supporting the initiative's transition from concept validation toward pilot-ready execution.

The program is designed for early-stage and pre-incorporation urban mobility teams. For Veevex, it provides a structured environment to refine the value proposition, test customer assumptions and prepare the next steps of its peer-to-peer AC charging network.

Veevex is focused on a simple but important mobility challenge: many private AC chargers remain underused, while EV drivers still face gaps in convenient local charging access.

Work areas in the program

  • Customer discovery with AC charger owners, workplaces and EV drivers.
  • MVP scope for access control, charger listings, bookings, session tracking and owner records.
  • Pilot partner onboarding, pilot criteria and controlled rollout planning.
  • Venture creation steps while the company formation process is still underway.

Why it matters for the project

The program is helping Veevex pressure-test the parts of the model that matter before pilots expand: which charger owners feel comfortable sharing, which driver groups have a real local need, and what information both sides need before a session starts.

That work also shapes the MVP scope. The priority is a focused pilot product: compatible AC charger onboarding, owner-defined access rules, pricing and booking assumptions, session history, and payout preparation records.

Through the program, Veevex is strengthening the operational details behind the network, including host onboarding, access rules, session visibility, pricing logic and pilot design.

The goal is not to scale too early. The immediate focus is to validate the model carefully with the right charger owners, real driver needs and measurable pilot outcomes.

Stage note

Veevex remains in R&D and pilot preparation. Joining the program does not mean a public network is live or that commercial pilots have run.

This program supports Veevex's broader mission to make local charging access more distributed, practical and efficient by activating private AC charging capacity that already exists.
